"One of the few nice place to get a bite to eat at the outlet mall. Good made to order pizza with fresh ingredients. Think of Five Guys or Chipotle for pizza. Just make sure you pay attention to your pizza maker so they don't accidently drop ingredients you don't want on your pizza."

"It’s like a subway but for pizza. Mod pizza is a lot better. The pizza here was not that good. But the service was excellent. People were very nice."

"Solid pizza joint, opted for the thick crust but after having it, we would probably just do the thin crust should we cross paths again with this place. Nice employees, slightly above average pizza and a very clean establishment. What's stopping this from getting a 5 star review was the crust was a tad bit burnt for our liking. Not sure if that's how they all are made, but there were some parts as you can see that tasted burnt considering. Also for dine in, maybe have some plates available as an option? We ate out of the box which is fine but we looked around a good 2 minutes for plates only to realize there wasn't any. Probably will be back for the kids eat free day!"

"Rose served up fresh, healthy, pizza options. There are a ton of fresh ingredient choices. Pizza oven cooks up everything quickly. Taste great. Restaurant is always clean and free of trash and clutter. Servers are helpful, friendly, courteous and suggest combinations. Great spot at the Chicago Outlet Mall"

"I was here earlier ( 07/22/25 around 3-4ish) and absolutely loved my experience! The ladies were so welcoming and all seemed to enjoy being around eachother and interacting with customers. Food was delicious a bit pricey but worth it considering it’s fresh I believe. Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! People are so picky like the whole layout review was bizarre! Was worried coming in here because of them but I’m glad I trusted my instincts. Will be coming back here weekly if I can!"
